God I love that idea-providing shelter for street-involved people on city parking lots. By the word shelter I simply mean a community based living room. A place to get off the streets for a while, to maybe take a shower, get some new clothes, have a coffee, just hang. I love this idea because it is not trying to rehabilitate people or end homelessness. It is simply to offer some comfort for while.
A shipping container would provide the structure for this community Living Room.
